1. 1. SWAB Order your Cheek Swab Kit and Perform DNA Testing in the privacy of your home, then return sample to DNA Art Forms for lab processing and schedule your consultation.

  2. 2. DESIGN During your initial consultation, discuss how you want to represent your individuality and how to incorporate your DNA results into your painting.

  3. 3. REVIEW Consultation discussion will identify the size, colors and content of your piece. Share photographs or imagery with the artist to help develop your personalized concept.  

  4. 4. PAINT Drafts of concept are sketched and sent for your approval. The artist will paint based on your input once you have approved the concept sketches.
